DA32 may offer cash prize opportunities, season awards, competition prizes, or other rewards depending on the league, season, entry structure, number of participants, and final prize pool details. Prize opportunities are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by DA32 for a specific league or competition. Prize amounts, prize categories, payout structures, eligibility requirements, and payout timing may vary by league or season. Participation in a DA32 league does not guarantee that any player will win a prize, payout, reward, ranking, title, or recognition. Client feedback proposes the following draft amounts, pending final approval and winner counts: $200 League — $5,000 Super Bowl winner, $500 runner-up, $200 division winners, and $200 statistical leaders; $100 League — $3,000 Super Bowl winner, $300 runner-up, $100 division winners, and $100 statistical leaders; Free League — $1,500 Super Bowl winner plus additional announced cash prizes. Do not publish final total payouts until DA32 confirms the number of winners and approves the structure. A prize pool may be based on:

• Receives multiple force losses
• Is removed for inactivity
• Does not complete the season
• DA32 may determine whether a player remains eligible based on league rules, commissioner review, and the impact of the inactivity.

Players with unresolved payment disputes, chargebacks, reversed payments, declined payments, or unpaid league fees may not be eligible for prizes. If a player files a chargeback or payment dispute, DA32 may suspend league access, team reservation status, upgrade access, shop access, community access, DIS access, and prize eligibility while the issue is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in removal from DA32 services and loss of prize eligibility.

Receiving a refund may affect prize eligibility. If a player receives a refund for a league entry fee, team reservation, upgrade, or required payment, that player may lose league access, team reservation status, playoff eligibility, prize eligibility, dashboard access, DIS access, or other league benefits. Players should review the Refund Policy before requesting a refund.

If DA32 cancels or postpones a league, prize pools and payout opportunities may be modified, delayed, transferred, credited, refunded, or canceled depending on the circumstances. If a league is canceled before completion, DA32 may determine how to handle prize pools based on:

DA32 may issue tax forms when required by law. DA32 does not provide tax advice. Players should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their own reporting obligations. Failure to provide required tax information may result in delayed, reduced, or withheld payouts.

Payouts may be subject to fees, transaction costs, currency conversion fees, withdrawal fees, payment processor charges, or other third-party costs. DA32 may not be responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers, banks, apps, platforms, or financial institutions. Players are responsible for their own gameplay, strategy, roster decisions, rule compliance, and league participation.

By accepting a prize, winners may allow DA32 to share limited winner information for league announcements, website updates, social media, community posts, or promotional purposes. Winner information may include:
