By using this website, registering for a league, reserving a team, submitting payment, accessing DA32 Intelligence, or participating in any DA32 Gaming activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the website, register for a league, submit payment, or participate in DA32 activities.

The DA32 website is intended to provide information about competitive Madden franchise leagues, team reservations, league registration, prize pools, rules, standings, statistics, DA32 Intelligence / DIS, shop purchases, community updates, and support. Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, other users, league operations, payments, data, or DA32 systems. Users may not attempt to damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, exploit, scrape, hack, or misuse any part of the website, platform, shop, data systems, or DA32 Intelligence tools.

DA32 leagues may be available only to eligible players based on age, location, platform, league rules, payment status, registration status, and other requirements. Players may be required to confirm that they are at least 18 years old or have the legal ability to participate based on applicable rules and laws. Participation and prize opportunities are void where prohibited by applicable law. DA32 may restrict participation based on location, eligibility requirements, payment status, rule violations, community conduct, or any other reason necessary to protect league integrity. DA32 reserves the right to deny, suspend, or remove access to any league, service, feature, or community channel when needed to protect the platform, community, competition, or business.

Players may be required to submit accurate information when registering for a league, reserving a team, making a purchase, contacting support, or accessing DA32 features. Registration information may include:

• Community username
• Other league-related details
• Users are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up to date.
• DA32 is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or false information submitted by a user.

DA32 provides organized competitive Madden franchise league experiences. Participation may include league registration, team reservations, scheduled matchups, community communication, league rules, standings, statistics, player upgrades, prize opportunities, and commissioner oversight. By joining a league, players agree to:

• Follow all league rules
• Complete required registration
• Submit required payments
• Accept the applicable rules and policies, including recording the policy version accepted at registration or payment.
• Registration and checkout must expose explicit acceptance checkboxes for the Terms, League Rules, Refund Policy, Prize & Payout Policy, and Community Guidelines.
• Communicate through official league channels
• Complete scheduled matchups
• Respect commissioner decisions
• Respect other players
• Maintain competitive integrity
• Follow community guidelines
• Comply with prize eligibility requirements
• DA32 may remove a player from a league for inactivity, rule violations, misconduct, payment issues, cheating, manipulation, harassment, or any behavior that affects the quality or integrity of the league.

DA32 may allow players to reserve teams for upcoming or active leagues. Team reservations may be subject to availability, payment confirmation, commissioner approval, league status, and registration completion. A team reservation does not automatically guarantee final league participation unless all required registration, payment, eligibility, and approval steps are completed. DA32 reserves the right to update team availability, deny a reservation, reassign a team, cancel a reservation, or modify reservation rules when necessary for league operations. Team changes may be subject to availability and commissioner approval.

DA32 may accept payments for league entry fees, team reservations, player upgrades, DA32 Shop purchases, season add-ons, or other league-related products and services. Payment options may include Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. By submitting payment, users agree that:

• They are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Payment information provided is accurate
• Purchases may be subject to league rules and eligibility requirements
• Some purchases may be non-refundable
• Payment does not guarantee prize eligibility unless all applicable rules are met
• DA32 may review, approve, deny, refund, or cancel purchases when necessary
• Users should review the Refund Policy, Prize & Payout Policy, League Rules, and product details before submitting payment.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, timing of the request, league status, season start date, product use, payment method, and DA32 policy. Refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the applicable Refund Policy or approved by DA32. Players should review the Refund Policy before submitting payment for league entry, team reservations, upgrades, shop purchases, or other DA32 products.

Some DA32 leagues may include cash prize opportunities or other rewards. Prize pools, payout structure, eligibility, timing, and requirements may vary by league and season. Prize eligibility may depend on:

• Payment status
• Active participation
• Final standings or results
• Compliance with league rules
• Compliance with community guidelines
• Commissioner review

• DA32 reserves the right to adjust, delay, withhold, or deny prizes if a player violates rules, fails to meet eligibility requirements, provides false information, engages in misconduct, manipulates results, or fails to comply with DA32 policies.
• Prize amounts, payout timing, payout methods, and eligibility requirements should be reviewed before joining any league.

Participation in a DA32 league does not guarantee that a player will win any prize, payment, reward, ranking, or recognition. Prize opportunities depend on league structure, player performance, eligibility, compliance with rules, and final league results. DA32 does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, payout, prize, or competitive result.

DA32 may offer player upgrades, season add-ons, league products, or other shop items. Availability, pricing, eligibility, use, restrictions, and refund terms may vary by league, season, or product. Player upgrades may be subject to league rules, commissioner approval, timing restrictions, competitive balance guidelines, and other limitations. DA32 reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, restrict, or remove upgrades when necessary to protect league integrity.

Players are responsible for reviewing and following all DA32 League Rules. Commissioners and approved DA32 representatives may make decisions related to:

• Scheduling
• Game disputes
• Missed games
• Rule violations
• Team management
• Trades
• Player upgrades
• Standings
• Statistics
• Prize eligibility
• Player conduct
• League operations
• Commissioner decisions are intended to protect fairness, structure, and league integrity.
• DA32 reserves the right to make final decisions on league matters.

DA32 is built for competitive players, but all users are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly. Users may not engage in:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Discrimination
• Abusive behavior
• Spam
• Scams
• Impersonation
• Sharing private information
• Cheating
• Collusion
• Manipulation of results
• Disruptive conduct
• Misuse of community channels
• DA32 may remove users from community channels, leagues, or platform access for conduct that violates community standards or affects the league experience.

DA32 Intelligence, also known as DIS, is an AI-powered feature designed to provide player improvement reports, opponent scouting, upgrade recommendations, and competitive insights based on available league data. DIS reports may be generated using team stats, roster data, schedule information, game results, opponent tendencies, and other available data sources. DIS is provided as a competitive analysis tool only. It does not guarantee improved performance, wins, rankings, playoff qualification, prize eligibility, or specific outcomes. DA32 does not guarantee that AI-generated reports will be perfect, complete, error-free, or available at all times. DIS should not replace official league rules, commissioner decisions, standings, policies, or player responsibility.

DA32 may display standings, statistics, rankings, records, player performance data, team data, and league results. DA32 works to provide accurate information, but errors, delays, missing data, or discrepancies may occur. Players should report incorrect records, stats, standings, or results through the appropriate support or commissioner channel. DA32 reserves the right to correct, update, remove, or modify standings, statistics, or results when needed.

DA32 may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, shop, league pages, standings, statistics, DIS features, or services at any time. DA32 does not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

DA32 may use third-party platforms or services for payments, communication, analytics, community access, league data, or other features. These may include payment processors, Discord, GroupMe, analytics tools, hosting providers, data sources, or other technology vendors. DA32 is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policies, fees, security issues, errors, or service changes. Users should review third-party terms and policies when using those services.

All DA32 branding, website content, graphics, text, layouts, designs, logos, league materials, page content, and platform elements are owned by or licensed to DA32 Gaming Inc., unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use DA32 content without written permission. Users may not use DA32 branding in a way that creates confusion, misrepresents affiliation, or damages the brand.

DA32 Gaming Inc. is an independent organization. DA32 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to EA Sports, Electronic Arts, Madden NFL, the National Football League, NFL teams, PlayStation, Xbox, or any related brands unless specifically stated in writing. Any references to Madden, football, teams, platforms, or gameplay are used only to describe the type of competitive gaming experience offered by DA32. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Users may submit information, messages, screenshots, gamer tags, league details, support requests, payment confirmations, or other content to DA32. By submitting content, users confirm they have the right to share it and allow DA32 to use it as needed for league operations, support, dispute resolution, communication, and platform management. Users may not submit illegal, abusive, false, misleading, private, copyrighted, or harmful content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DA32 Gaming Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages related to website use, league participation, payments, prize outcomes, technical issues, third-party services, data errors, community conduct, or service interruptions. Users participate in DA32 activities at their own risk and are responsible for understanding the rules, policies, eligibility requirements, and payment terms before joining.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DA32 Gaming Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, partners, commissioners, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses related to their use of the website, participation in leagues, violation of these Terms, violation of league rules, misconduct, payment disputes, or infringement of another party’s rights.
